I have been in touch with the world of IVF procreation and was at one point eager to explore its psychological implications. Sometimes we have to make peace and elaborate the grief of not being automatically able to generate offspring. References are the parable of the multiplication of the fish, a map without a treasure and yet full of hidden other gems. A pregnant woman, a barren woman, a line of bat-like embryos, it all boils down to accepting the odds and the magic of life, its fragility but also the duplicitous findings along its way.
