Fragility of the territory
In this body of work I focus on the particular visions which my journeys and long stays overseas have left in my mind. I also dedicated a show in Manhattan to the concept "a map is not the territory", with which I want to enhance the memory, the tact or gut experience above the rational narrative.

Fragility of political assets
Not just thanks to my job as diplomat, I have developed a natural curiosity and passion about politics, which brings me to regular reading and debating. What I see happening in the world is worrying as far as shrinking democratic structures, repeating use of force, fragility of human rights and thwarting true self-determination. In my own way I cannot avoid to share certain visions of my fear of a civil war in US rather than preoccupation for the climate change. Go to Gallery 3 to delve into such issues in a way you have never seen before.

Small sculptures
I have enjoyed a lot to work on 3D prints of objects that I fancy, the aim being mainly to add a contemporary and post-digital patina to African ethnic art. Try see if Mock trophy resonates for you, or rather take a look at Ebo statuette.

Fragility of the psyche
This body of work is dedicated to the inner adventure aimed at reaching down to the most hidden part of my own unconscious. It's a land brittle and slippery by definition. I hope you can somehow leave the judgement behind and just feel a link to the magic and the untold of that imagery.
Go to Gallery 2 to explore and to put yourself to test.

Shamans and symbols
According to my experience, creation is linked to an act of faith and a rite. This is where the artist accompanies you across from rationality to a no man's land that exists before meaninglessness and sheer awe. Beauty cannot just happen by virtuous decoration and demands a challenge, a query out of the comfort zone. In different works I have portrayed myself as a shaman holding on his shoulder a whole building and hushing the onlooker, I have glimpsed children born by antelopes and black boys eaten up by a crocodile. Please have a go to Gallery 4 to find out why, what is that you feel, can you share the lingering magic, is it not too ephemeral?
